Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, Fair Housing laws, and regulations.

- Supervise and motivate on-site staff to achieve operational excellence.

- Develop and execute marketing and business plans to optimize property performance.

- Provide guidance and support to the leasing team to meet and exceed leasing targets.

- Stay abreast of market conditions through regular competition surveys.

- Oversee leasing and renewal activities to maintain high occupancy rates and profitability.

- Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure prompt resolution of resident service needs.

- Lead the emergency response team to ensure swift and effective resolution of community emergencies.

- Apply logical thinking to define problems and initiate appropriate actions.

- Utilize Entrata Software and Microsoft Office proficiently.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management, with a preference for student housing experience and Entrata software.

- Demonstrated background in supervision with a proven track record of accomplishments.

- Excellent communication, organization, management, and customer service skills.
