Position Overview: Thielmann Group is searching for a friendly and outgoing Part-Time Lead Generator for Grafton and Menomonee Falls Costco stores. Someone who will find success in this role will be self-motivated, customer service focused, competitive, driven, and able to educate customers on HVAC industry standards and our available products. This position offers flexibility and autonomy while allowing motivated individuals great earning potential. The compensation plan for this role is 100% commission-based. You will earn a spiff for each appointment scheduled with our sales team and each unit sold. There is no maximum amount that you can make! Responsibilities: Find potential customers by generating leads from Costco members. Schedule follow-up sales appointments with a Comfort Advisor. Track leads generated to ensure follow-up appointments are scheduled. Utilize industry and trade knowledge to educate and inform customers about their available options. Ensure all contracts and paperwork are complete and accurate. Provides support for installation crew as needed. Keep all notes and invoices accurate and up to date. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
