Endeavor Health is Hiring a MRI Technologist II Near Skokie, IL
- Position: MRI Technologist II $5,000 Sign on Bonus
- Location: Skokie Hospital
- Full Time/Part Time: Part-Time (20 hrs/wk)
- Hours: Saturday & Sunday 7:30AM-6:00PM with rotating weekends. On-call every 6-8 weeks.
- Required Travel: N/A
- License: ARRT Registration required
- Education: Certification or Associate’s degree in Radiology from an accredited program
- Certification: CPR required
- Experience: Previous MRI Technologist experience preferred
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills required
- Perform MRI exams for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness and/or injury, in accordance with departmental standards, policies and procedures
- Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
- Review MRI images to ensure optimum quality
- Assist with patient/family participation in post-procedural care for all age groups and provide resource information, as directed
