Chicago Pediatric Orthotics is Hiring a Medical receptionist Near Skokie, IL
At Chicago Pediatric Orthotics we are looking for a friendly person to be the first one our patients see when they arrive at our small pediatric practice.
You are outgoing and friendly. You love kids (and their parents). You have excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Confidence and customer service are extremely important for this position. This is a Monday to Friday position, 30 to 40 hours weekly. Excellent pay and PTO.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for greeting and scheduling patients. Answering phone calls. Communication with physician offices.
Medical billing for durable medical equipment (will train). Obtaining insurance pre-authorization. Collecting copayments and deductibles.
You are HIPPA savvy. Help keep the office clean and welcoming.
About you :
You have medical office experience preferred, but not required. Customer service experience. Highschool grad. Typing proficiency.
Microsoft office. Scheduling experience. Experience being around small children. Friendly. Outgoing. Independent. Motivated to learn new things.
This is not intended for students looking for temporary position. We're looking for a keeper.
Candidates must pass a background check and drug test.
We have an easy-going work environment and love the families we serve.
