Habermaass Corporation, HABA USA is Hiring a Customer Support Representative Near Skaneateles, NY

HABA FAMILYGROUP is a family-owned business founded in Germany and based in Skaneateles, NY that has been manufacturing and distributing eco-friendly toys and games worldwide for over 85 years.

We are expanding the Customer Success team by adding an empathetic, enthusiastic individual who will be entrusted with delivering world-class support experience for our two e-commerce toy brands, HABA USA and Bella Luna Toys.

This position is for someone who is motivated to:

· Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the shopping journey across multiple communication channels (phone, email, live chat, SMS, social media, etc.) for our two brands with a focus on acquisition, retention, and sales.

· Build positive rapport with diverse personalities, maintaining a professional attitude.

· Navigate multiple computer applications while assisting customers.

· Work independently, show initiative, and take direction when required.

· Collaborate, be willing to learn, share ideas, and work as part of a unified team.

· Support the Social Media team by uploading predeveloped posts and spending time answering questions and responding to comments and reviews.

· Share customer concerns and questions to support product and shopping experience improvements.

· Assist the Operations team with accurate and timely data entry tied to order fulfillment.

· Become an expert in the complete catalog of brands and products.

Skills Required:

· Excellent communication skills; written and spoken.

· Empathetic and active listening skills. A desire to help others

· Willingness to learn new things

· Common sense problem solving. Staying calm and polite under pressure.

· Attention to detail, well-organized and ability to follow through on tasks.

· Open to learning new software systems and programs.

· Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs, Shopify, Gorgias, Amazon Seller Central, Aftership, Yotpo Reviews and Rewards, Social Media/SMS, helpful but not required.

· Ability to pick, pack, and ship orders, as needed during peak times

· Bachelor’s degree preferred, knowledge of early education/child development a plus.
