As the Assisted Living Administrator you will: Oversee the management and maintenance of care for all residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care Neighborhood. Be accountable for the planning and coordination of resident care, employee development, and continued quality improvement in our licensed care neighborhoodsOwn employee recruitment and development within the health services teamBe responsible for the budget, profitability, and quality improvement of the assisted living and memory care programEnsure the company is in compliance with state and federal agenciesAct as a liaison between residents, physicians, families, and appropriate healthcare resources to coordinate the highest level of care for each resident.
