Sinton Veterinary Clinic is a walk-in clinic that provides quality medical care to most species.
Join our team! We are a fast-paced, walk-in, mixed animal practice that strives to maintain a friendly atmosphere with no drama. We’re looking for energetic team players who are quick to catch on and pitch in!
We are looking for a veterinary receptionist who is attentive to detail, loves people and animals, and hates to be bored!
Responsibilities may include:
1. Answering the phone and interacting with clients with professionalism and enthusiasm to ensure an excellent client experience.
2. Ability to triage promptly and accurately.
3. All the math skills! Invoicing, estimates, monetary transactions, calculating drive time, time management, etc.
4. Keep accurate records of all communications.
5. Get along fabulously with all other staff! Honesty, communication, emotional intelligence to start.
6. Independently perform any and all other tasks necessary or asked to ensure exceptional customer experience and maintain clinic profitability while promoting excellent clinic culture.
Qualifications:
1. Compassionate attitude, treatment, and interactions with all humans and species of animals
2. Clear, concise, and compassionate communication
3. Accountability, responsibility, and sound judgement
4. Energetic and enthusiastic
5. Professionalism, positive attitude, able to maintain composure under pressure
We are open from 8-5 Monday-Thursday, 8-4 on Fridays, and 8-12 every Saturday (with exeptions)
