Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist guests with questions, directions, and other inquiries.
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback and requests promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby or reception area.
- Help resolve any guest complaints or issues in a courteous manner.
- Provide information about the facility, events, and services offered.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
