Cedar Bluff Dentistry is Hiring a Dental Office Insurance Coordinator Near Simpsonville, SC
Are you a detail oriented Dental Professional looking for a new opportunity? Does the challenge of dealing with the ever changing world of dental insurance make you excited? We are looking for YOU! Cedar Bluff Dentistry is currently seeking an Insurance Coordinator to join our practice. We are one doctor, privately owned dental practice located off Fairview Road in Simpsonville.
Responsibilities include:
- Obtaining accurate insurance benefit break downs and enter into Practice Management Software ( Experience with Eaglesoft is strongly preferred)
- Assisting Treatment Coordinator with handling incoming phone calls/texts and managing schedule. Preparing and presenting treatment plans as needed.
- Updating fee schedules
- Managing insurance claims
- Recording insurance payments
- Processing statements and managing AR
- Handling inquiries regarding dental insurance/financial matters
**** Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of experience working with Dental Insurance. On the job training is not available for this position. ****
Hours associated with position are: Monday- Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00pm. No nights or weekends!
