- Provide a loving, Christian, stimulating, nurturing, and safe environment for the children
- Provide biblical leadership within the community.
- Continue lifestyle choices that are both Godly and above reproach
- Willingly submit to accountability standards set by Brookwood Church
- At least 16 years of age with reliable transportation
- Consistently and regularly attend work as scheduled
- Maintain polices and procedures stated in employee handbook
- Supervise the safety and well-being of the children at all times
- Maintain a clean and comfortable environment reflective of the needs
- Sweep floors
- Wipe counter tops and tables with disinfectant solution
- Spray all toys and mats with disinfectant solution
- Put trash outside door at the end of the day
- Acknowledge each child/parent as they come into classroom and as they are picked up.
- Love each child in their “fullness” as a child of God. Redirecting the child teaches obedience of authority. Please inform Supervisor of any issues needing further attention.
- Implement the Bible Story for each week including a craft (provided by supervisor).
- Follow appropriate dress code
- Accidents should be assessed by supervisor on duty. An accident report should be filled out by classroom teacher, signed by supervisor, teacher, and parent.
