Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate parts according to precise specifications. This is a full-time position located in our warehouse facility.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining operations such as turning, milling, drilling, and tapping
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Skills:
- Proficiency in CNC machining operations and programming
- Experience operating press brake machines and stamping presses
- Familiarity with SolidWorks or similar CAD software for reading engineering drawings
- Strong knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Knowledge of CAM programming is a plus

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree in machining or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
