Ellumen is Hiring a Software Development Lead Near Silver Spring, MD
The role of the lead software developer is to lead one or more teams of agile development efforts. This includes, but is not limited to, most of the data management tools for extraction of clinical data, transforming the extracted clinical data into the appropriate format, and loading the transformed data into a staging storage for the data migration, compliance reporting, and analysis for improving the delivery of health care.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that project deadlines are met
- Coordinate workflow across simultaneous, ongoing tasks
- Provide documents to Program Manager in a timely manner
- Provide the technical support to conceptualize, design, develop, configure, document, review, integrate, test, deploy, and monitor 4DW applications, user interfaces, application program interfaces (APIs), web services, observability, and associated information processing routines.
- Other responsibilities as needed
- US Citizenship with ability to obtain Secret clearance (active clearance preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or Graduate Degree in related field.
- Experience Developing Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plans (QA/QCP)
- Experience providing services related to analysis, design, evaluation, implementation, and testing.
- Experience with 508 compliance assessments
- Experience with Risk Management Framework, evaluating technical threats, cost, and scheduled performance.
- Proficiency with government healthcare database, application, and cloud technologies.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing government IT healthcare solutions.
