Responsibilities:
- Assess the technical needs and capabilities during implementation.
- Ensuring that project deadlines are met
- Coordinate workflow across simultaneous, ongoing tasks
- Provide documents to Program Manager in a timely manner
- Provide the technical support to conceptualize, design, develop, configure, document, review, integrate, test, deploy, and monitor cloud based applications
- Architect and design the establishment of the following 4DW application services:
Data Migration Service
Cold Storage Archive
Vendor Neutral Archive
Enterprise Master Patient Index
Clinical Data Viewer
- Development of Health IT Modernization current state and future state capability models, data models, application inventories, and technical design patterns.
- Develop System Engineering and Development Plan (SEDP), design plans, and technical reports as specified in the individual task order.
- Develop 4DW solution architecture and product engineering models using Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) artifact definitions and data attributes and deliver all solution architecture artifacts in both graphic form and tabular form, where the graphics may or may not be generated from tabular data but shall be consistent in content.
- Establish an environment service tool suite (ESTS) composed of application support services that provide for the deployment, management, environment configuration, customization, automation, resource provisioning, service level compliance, process monitoring, capacity monitoring, environmental policy controls, security controls, process scheduling, application network data routing, sustainment maintenance support, performance monitoring, and the configuration of performance threshold-based notifications and alerts
- Other responsibilities as needed
- US Citizenship with ability to obtain Secret clearance (active clearance preferred)
- Valid nationally recognized cloud certification credentials.
- Bachelor's degree or Graduate Degree in related field.
- With an analytical approach, solutions architects need to understand all of the Performance Work Statement Health Information Technology Modernization Program Acquisition Sensitive 73 technologies and topics related to a business to have a deep enough understanding to create a solution.
- Experience Developing Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plans (QA/QCP)
- Experience providing services related to analysis, design, evaluation, implementation, and testing.
- Experience with 508 compliance assessments
- Experience with Risk Management Framework, evaluating technical threats, cost, and scheduled performance.
- Proficiency with government authorized Cloud Service Provider (CSP) solutions.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing government IT healthcare cloud solutions.
