A current and valid Driver’s License. 1-3 years of related experience preferably in residential property management. Positive, friendly, and ambitious attitude with excellent problem solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skills.
The ability to multi-task and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. The ability to communicate professionally, calmly, and effectively with prospects, co-workers, residents, vendors, and corporate staff under high pressure situations.
Strong passion for delivering top-notch service to help ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention possible.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. The ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups of residents or employees is needed.
Outstanding interpersonal skills are needed. The ability to solve practical problems and employ rational decision-making skills is a must.
