EducationThe standards for personnel to be considered minimally qualified regarding appropriate combinations of education, training, and experience to provide research, analysis, and product creation:
- Must have received an Honorable discharge from military service in those instances where military service is required.
- Current experience related to current MI Doctrine, recent (draft) changes and fielding of the Army Field Manuals, Army Regulations and Department of Defense Directives (DoDD) relating to Intelligence Operations where applicable.
- Experience working on the most recent automation tools-sets and systems applicable to job performance.
- Able to maintain current and future required certifications and trainings associated with this position.
- Minimum 4 years' experience which includes administering and deploying learning system products and network systems for a training environment. Experience troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining system software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality for training products.
- Experience documenting and developing detailed technical specifications, customizations, features, integrations, and learning system details.
- Experience supporting desktop and web applications data integration solutions, while ensuring that projects meet business requirements, fulfill end-user requirements, and system issues are resolved.
- Experience must include coding in C# programing language.
- Compliant with DOD 8570 at the IAT Level 1.
