Energy Completion Services, LLC (ECS) provides onshore wireline pressure control equipment for the oil & gas industry. ECS is centrally located, supplying the safest and most dependable equipment needed. As the nation's largest supplier of hydraulic latch assemblies (HLAs), as well as our wireline equipment offering, the company has worked with the top oil & gas operators across nearly every shale basin.
We are seeking a motivated, qualified individual to join our company as a Shop Hand who will maintain the upkeep of the maintenance shop and equipment. All work will be performed in accordance with applicable guidelines, Company safety procedures, and OSHA regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist with the loading and unloading of supplies and equipment
• Deliver and pick up parts or equipment
• Operate forklifts, pressure washers, test pumps, and other shop equipment
• Service and maintain equipment in optimal working order and perform regular maintenance to maximize production: break down, wash, paint, and rebuild equipment
• Perform general labor tasks and yard maintenance
• Maintain open communication with team members and leadership
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment; observe all safety and security procedures, and report unsafe conditions or hazards
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness
• Adherence to all OSHA and HSE regulations, Company safety guidelines, and industry standards
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Diploma or general education degree (GED), desired but not required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid state issued driver's license
• Maintenance or similar outdoor work experience
• Must be able to meet criteria for safety sensitive functions according to Company standards

• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions heat, cold, etc.
• Demonstrate the ability to safely operate equipment and tools

• Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Ability to work in various weather conditions heat, cold, etc.
• Physical stamina required for position and the ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
