ECM Consultants, Inc. is Hiring a Construction inspector Near Shreveport, LA

The Construction Inspector is to monitor daily on-site quality assurance, construction progress and prepare daily quality assurance reports to streets, highways, bridge, drainage and other utilities projects.

Requirements :

  • High School diploma with 5 years experience in construction projects
  • LADOTD certifications including Structural Concrete and Embankment Required. (OUT OF STATE DOTD CERTS MAY BE ACCEPTABLE TO LADOTD)
  • Asphalt Paving, PCC Paving and Base Course are preferable.
  • Computer skills include Microsoft Office Software including MS Word and MS Excel
  • Work with architects, contractors, and engineers on a daily basis.
  • Communication Skills both oral and written in English
  • Ability to read and comprehend civil engineering drawings and specifications
