Duties:
- Reconciling and reporting discrepancies found in records
- Validating entry records for accuracy
- Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Compiling statistical, financial, accounting and auditing reports
- Creating Annual cost and profitability reports
- Organizing and preparing Monthly financial statements
- Classifying, recording, and summarizing financial data
- Executing cash management functions
- Opportunities for additional duties as needed to grow your career!
Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field or extensive equivalent work experience,
·3 years of accounting related experience
·Have advanced skills in Excel and it’s accounting functions.
·Possesses strong analytical skills
·Able to focus on details and possess excellent communication skills
·Willing and able to adapt to new assignments.
- Proficiency with products in the Microsoft Office Suite
·Should have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record & automobile insurance.
·Able to complete a criminal background & drug screening process.
·Familiarity with Yardi, MRI, or similar property management software is a BIG PLUS
·Advanced training / professional certifications are a plus
