Join the team at ABLEMKR as an Iron Worker / Welder and contribute to the success of our construction projects. As an Iron Worker / Welder, you will play a crucial role in the installation and fabrication of steel structures.

About the Role :

We are urgently seeking 35 General Laborers with preferably at least 6 months of construction experience to undertake a physically intensive project cleaning out a bag house.

This role is demanding and requires the use of shovels, picks, and rakes. Candidates must be prepared to work in a physically demanding environment and wear a 100% respirator at all times during work.

Worksite Location : Springerville, Arizona

Responsibilities :

• Physically clean out the bag house using shovels, picks, and rakes.
• Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Requirements

• Requirements :
• At least 6 months of experience in construction or related fields, preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Must complete a 45-minute online site training prior to start.
• Must provide a valid email address for training and coordination purposes.
• Willingness to undergo random drug testing as part of our commitment to safety and compliance.

• Gloves
• Safety glasses
• Vest (optional)
• Boots (composite material acceptable)
