As a Restaurant General Manager, you are responsible for the day to day operations of the restaurant. You report"
directly to the District Manager, with indirect reporting responsibilities to ownership. You will be responsible for"
scheduling work hours, completing truck orders, and for the financials, operations and employment development."
As a GM, you are accountable for restaurant operations which involves facility and ground maintenance, motivating"
and directing team to provide fast, friendly, quality customer service. Coaching and providing feedback to crew "
and managers. You are accountable for profit and loss by the direct implementation of cash/control/security
procedures, marketing, maintaining inventory and managing labor."
Qualifications:
-5 or more years in management or supervisory capacity in a restaurant or retail/hospitality industry
-HS diploma or equivalent; college education a plus
-Reliable transportation and flexible schedule
-Stand up for 8hr shifts and be able to lift 30 to 50 pounds
-Requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching, and continuous bilateral use of "
fingers and wrists.
