What We Need from You (Our Requirements)
- inspect equipment
- grease, oil and perform daily maintenance on equipment
- report any needed equipment repairs
- wash and clean equipment as needed
- ability to dig around existing utilities
- operate equipment efficiently and effectively
- must be able to lift up to 75 lbs
- willing to teach others how to operate various pieces of equipment
- create a safe work environment by being aware of surroundings and taking safety seriously
- assist crew when needed (this may mean hand digging or other laboring duties)
- communicate with Foreman and Superintendent
- experience is preferred
- must be able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record REQUIRED (within the last 3 years)
- MUST pass a drug screen and DOT health exam
