Columbia Western Machinery is Hiring a Heavy Equipment Shop Technician Near Sherwood, OR
- Analyzing and diagnosing (troubleshooting) equipment malfunctions or failures.
- Repairing, replacing, and/or rebuilding engines, transmissions, final drives, steering, clutches, cross shafts, hydraulic components, electrical systems, and air systems.
- Welding and fabrication as required.
- Determine the correct parts needed to complete the task, order them from the Parts Department, and return all unused parts promptly.
- Communicating courteously and effectively with customers regarding all aspects of the work.
