As a Sales Representative, your job duties will include:

  • As a Dent Source Sales Representative, you are on the front-lines of lead generation and client
  • acquisition helping vehicle owners who have hail damage get scheduled for a hail evaluation
  • appointment.
  • Your primary day-to-day activities include direct vehicle owner lead generation through cold
  • calling, remote appointment setting, and knocking on doors to find customers interested in
  • receiving a non-committal hail evaluation with one of our hail experts.
  • Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Use call, email, text, and other various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of leads
  • Door-to-door and/or parking lot lead generation and appointment scheduling
  • Represent Dent Source in an esteemed manner
  • Provide information to customers about hail damage repair
  • Become a proficient hail damage professional with an understanding of all aspects of the product
  • Ability to maintain accurate records of leads and scheduling evaluations
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday-Friday and some Saturday's
  • Ability to learn and implement coaching received through ongoing sales and leadership training
  • Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • 1 year of sales experience with a successful track record in a commission-based role
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Eligible to work in the United States

  • Pay: Uncapped commission-based sales
  • Our standard is 10-15 sales/month
  • Volume bonuses are available
  • Six-figure annual income expected but not guaranteed
  • 1099-contractor

  • Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
  • Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability
  • Supplemental pay types: Commission pay
  • Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
  • Sales: 1 year (Required)

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid Driver's License

Pay: Up to $125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

  • Sherman, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)
