Minute Men Staffing is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Shepherdsville, KY
We have immediate openings for 2nd shift Maintenance Technicians. This is Monday-Friday 2:30pm-10:40pm. Pay is $29-$34 per hour. Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Two years of Maintenance experience required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform scheduled and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, robotic, and welding problems.
• Support production by responding to calls for mechanical, electrical, robotic, and welding issues.
• Knowledge and experience using basic shop equipment and fabrication.
Required skills:
- Training through a Vocational/Technical School, State Certified/Union Apprenticeship completion preferred
- Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) (MIG) process and maintenance on welding equipment
- Fanuc robotics
- Use of HMI’s or Panel Views
- Knowledge of LOTO and Arc Flash
- • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal direction
- Ability to work flexible hours
