We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our team and help us continue to deliver top-notch dental care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with our Dentists & present comprehensive treatment plans to patients, ensuring they understand their options & patient portion
• Verify insurance benefits (coordinate with eligibility team) and assist patients with financing options
• Coordinate patient appointments, follow-up with NPs
• Follow up with unscheduled patients to encourage the start of their treatment plans
• Create and submit pre-authorizations for treatments as needed.
• Call on pending treatments and pre-authorized treatments to facilitate patient care
• VA Pre authorizations, correspondence and scheduling
• Manage patient records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and questions with professionalism
• Collaborate with dental professionals to ensure seamless patient care

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental. Dental experience required 1 year as a treatment coordinator preferred
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in dental practice management software. Dentrix knowledge a plus
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Hours:

• Practice open for patient care 4 days per week, 7-5. With rotating M/F closed. Admin Monday (partial day) is staffed on a shared rotation
