We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Incentive Management team as a Customer Data Specialist. In this position, the successful applicant will be responsible for working directly with new accounts who have signed up for Budderfly services, reviewing and updating contracts and related documentation as well as working with our internal team on Utility Invoice management and issue resolution. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join an established organization that is experiencing significant growth.
Responsibilities:
- Work with customers and utilities to ensure all relevant usage data is collected to set up a customer baseline
- Follow-up on open items including missing invoices and related paperwork
- Work with the billing team to collect missing utility invoices for all accounts to ensure Budderfly billing accuracy
- Work with onboarding and sales teams as needed to complete required supporting documentation.
- Understand Budderfly program and be able to answer potential customers' questions and concerns.
- Identify ways to improve processes and work with team to implement those.
- Manage all tickets related to our utility data management working with utilities, data partners and our billing team.
- Problem solving skills is a number one priority.
- Good customer service skills and the ability to work well with others a must
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to be flexible as we grow and change
Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
