Responsibilities

• Showing the property to prospective residents
• Resident screening
• Completing appropriate reports and paperwork
• Enforcing the rules of the property
• Handling complaints from current residents
• Coordinating resident turnover
• Coordinating maintenance team
• Collecting rents
• Securing the property
• Overall supervision of the property

Compensation Package Details:

• 2-Bed/2-Bath Apartment= $12,900/year ($6.20/hour)
• Hourly Pay= $21,840/year ($10.50/hour)
• Total Compensation Package= $34,736/year ($16.70/hour)
