About the Role :

P ersonnel S ervices U nlimited is hiring for a Shipping Clerk opening ! This full-time, 1 st Shift position , with the potential for permanent hire , is with our client in Shelby , NC.

Pay is $1 8.00 - $22.00 / hr . Depending on experience.

Responsibilities Include :

• Pulling tickets to ship ment
• Prepare orders by labeling, packaging, and addressing
• Scheduling truck shipments
• Verifying and checking all small packages before they ship.
• Arranging third- party freight
• Operate industrial fork truck
• Using an order picker

Job Skills and Requirements :

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• E xperience with forklifts and UPS WorldShi p
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• At least 1 year of shipping / warehouse experience.
• Strong analytical , problem-solving , and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• High School Diploma or GED
