Job Summary:
BlueHawk Creative Learning Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work with individuals, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities, to implement behavior intervention plans and provide support in various settings.
Responsibilities:
- Implement one-on-one behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and analyze data on client progress and behavior
- Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation/progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Details:
We highly value candidates currently pursuing BCaBA or BCBA coursework and working towards a bachelor's or master's degree in the field. Our ideal candidate brings at least two (2) years of clinical setting RBT work experience, including previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in other settings, i.e., school, home, and community. The candidate can work on some Saturdays, which is a plus. A candidate who has a cheerful personality and positive attitude is a plus!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.70 - $26.13 per hour
