Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre- Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education and possess strong classroom management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the kindergarten curriculum
- Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate children's growth and development
- Utilize various teaching methods to engage students in learning activities
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure each child is reaching their full potential
- Collaborate with parents and staff to support the overall well-being of students
- Implement behavior management strategies to create a positive classroom environment

Requirements:
- Must be 18 years old
- Work well others
- Reliable
- Knowledge of early childhood development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
