Industrial Painter/Blaster
Pay: $20-$25 per hour (Pay includes Quarterly Bonus based on performance and profit)

Beamer's Piggyback is a small family owned repair and fabrication facility. We build custom flat beds and recondition forklifts. Our shop services trucks, trailers, forklifts, RV's and heavy duty equipment.
We are seeking a team member who creates value for the organization, prioritizes well and does not have the word procrastination in their vocabulary. Our ideal candidate has experience in applying 2k polyurethane and epoxies and using an air assist sprayer. Taking on projects requiring troubleshooting & repair, on his or her own initiative, with little to no supervision is a must.

Benefits/Compensation:
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
· Communicate professionally with team members & supervisors
· Can troubleshoot & repair with little supervision
· Performs paint mixing procedures
· Understands and performs paint gun & adjustments
· Basic understanding of the coating process
· Knowledge of vehicle body repair and metal finishing
· Files, grinds, sands & finishes filled or repaired surfaces, using power tools & hand tools
· Removes small pits and imperfections in body metal using pick hammers and punches
· Cut and tape plastic separating film to outside repair areas to avoid damaging surrounding surfaces during repair procedure, and remove tape and was surfaces after completing repairs
· Meets production quality and productivity goals
· Cleans and maintains equipment properly
· Performs all duties in a safe manner
· Must know how to safely and properly set up and operate abrasive blast equipment
· Owns all tools required to perform the job
Special Knowledge/Skills:
· High School Diploma or Equivalent
· Minimum 2 years autobody and painting experience preferred
· Driver license required
· Detail oriented
· Basic mechanical aptitude required
· Ability to function as a reliable team member through courteous, effective and efficient communication
· Self-driven & results oriented
· Ability to work diligently to meet production deadlines
· Able to document time and materials pertaining to the job
· Ability to lift heavy equipment up to 50 lb
- Pre-employment background check and random drug screenings are required
