About the role

Australian wine has officially resumed its business in China since end of March 2024. To better meet the market desire to drive sales, more marketing campaigns are in pipeline and new the Marketing Executive – Event & Experience will provide fundamental support for consumer engagement events team in executing events aligned with the company's marketing objectives and contribute to its overall growth strategy.

This role will be responsible for driving consumer experience with a focus on visitation, awareness and engagement with new and existing consumers by ensuring the overall event quality on a luxurious and consistent level to foster the brand loyalty among consumers.

  • Execute events as per total event program across multiple channels, including but not limited to BTL campaigns such as trade shows, Pop-ups, and ATL database ‘in full & on time, with excellence’ (IFOTWE).
  • Collaborate with brand marketing team and PR team for digital consumer recruitment campaigns and database management, activation, and maintenance.
  • End to end external agency management for campaigns for project progress tracking, communication facilitation and campaign execution.
  • Creation and management of event materials and assets, including GWP and POS. 
  • Budget management and tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, compliance and so on to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis to facilitate marketing strategies.
  • Take on ad-hoc projects and assignments as needed to support the marketing team and company objectives.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Advanced degree or wine certification (e.g., WSET, CMS) is a plus.
  • Minimum 3-years or more experience in event management, preferably in FMCG or the liquor industry
  • Demonstrated track record in successfully implementing and executing offline events and digital campaigns 
  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders
  • Commitment to providing excellent work at all times
  • Ability to meet goals and objectives in a timely and effective manner
  • Ability to coordinate projects with multiple deadlines and budgets
  • Strong time management skills
  • Meticulous eye for detail
  • Creative and innovative thinker
  • Strong organisational skills
