Then, we have an excellent opportunity for you at our skilled nursing center in Senatobia, Mississippi!

This is a admissions & marketing position for a skilled nursing facility.

Primary duties include:

• Develops business relationships and enhances facility profile with community marketing events.
• Develops contacts and builds new primary, secondary, and tertiary referral sources.
• Conducts direct calls and presentations to healthcare partners and prospective referral sources.
• Responsible for evaluating patients and determining if she/he meets SNF admission criteria.
• Coordinates the admission of patients from home/acute setting to SNF or LTC
• Coordinates specific marketing strategies with emphasis on face-to-face marketing opportunities & reports marketing efforts and tracks goals as assigned.
• Ensures adherence to state & federal requirements, ethical standards, and facility policy.
• Coordinate with and backup admissions coordinator.
• Skills/ Requirements
• Valid Drivers’ license, proof of automobile insurance, and clean driving record required.

• 3 - 5 years healthcare experience preferred
• Clinical experience preferred
• Knowledge of LTC/SNF clinical operations and procedures
• Demonstrates an understanding of patient mix, regulatory requirements, reimbursements, etc. that impact overall nursing home operations.
• The ability to multi-task and identify/interact with various referral sources.
• The ability to communicate in English via phone, in writing and verbally in conversation with different levels of staff, patients, families, and other external contacts.
• Must demonstrate a work history of being a self-starter, working independently with minimum daily direction, and self-motivation with goals
