**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our chiropractic office and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and supervise clinical staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Oversee chiropractic office operations, including patient flow, appointment scheduling, and medical records management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Provide leadership and support to staff members
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in medical office management and practice management
- Strong human resources skills for supervising clinical staff
- Knowledge of medical terminology and managed care principles
- Experience in medical management and medical administrative support systems
