Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, integrate, and debug load-boxes, fixtures, cables, and test equipment to fulfill product test specifications.
- Craft, code, and troubleshoot software to achieve parametric measurement objectives, functional test requirements, throughput goals, and quality standards.
- Coordinate, manage, and communicate project activities among team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Oversee and enhance test system efficiency and performance, focusing on yield and test time improvements.
- Actively participate in monitoring and advancing both internal and external product quality metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proficient in programming, particularly in C.
- Solid understanding of high voltage measurement systems and both digital and analog circuits.
- Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive root-cause analysis and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills.
