Possessing the skill set and competencies necessary to consistently exceed the company's objectives, such as unit volume, gross and net profit, CSI, employee and customer retention, inventory turn, and expense control is paramount. You must have a proven track record of continuous growth and top performance as a General Sales Manager for 5-7 years. Stable, verifiable employment history is a must. The ideal candidate must be results oriented, have a passion for leading others and be driven to achieve goals. You must be personally accountable for your success and the success of those you lead. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are mandatory to exceed our customers’ expectations every time. You must enjoy following process, developing others, and holding your staff accountable. Strong desking experience and the desire to roll up your sleeves and get the job done are required traits of the right candidate.

Highly competitive compensation package including benefits and performance-based pay with the potential to earn up to $200,000 per year.
