Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our construction team. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of construction processes. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish - Read and interpret blueprints, ensuring accurate implementation of design plans - Ensure adherence to project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations - Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and other project personnel - Monitor progress of construction activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks - Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and budgets - Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor costs - Provide guidance and training to construction crew members as needed Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials - Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation - Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols - Excellent leadership and supervisory skills - Proficiency in construction management software such as Prolog or Bluebeam is preferred - Ability to effectively communicate with team members, subcontractors, and clients - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload - Experience with budgeting and cost control in construction projects We offer competitive pay based on experience along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
