Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our organization's IT systems and users.
Duties:
- Provide IT support and resolve technical issues for end-users
- Manage help desk tickets and escalate issues as needed
- Maintain and troubleshoot Windows Server environments
- Utilize SCCM for software deployment and updates
- Work with Jira for issue tracking and resolution
- Perform software troubleshooting for various applications including Office suite
- Offer desktop support for hardware and software issues
- Ensure smooth operation of Windows operating systems
- Assist in managing LAN infrastructure
Experience:
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field
- Proficiency in Windows Server environments
- Familiarity with SCCM, Jira, and software troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Office applications
- Experience in desktop support and Windows operating systems
- Understanding of LAN infrastructure
