Electroshock Entertainment Media is a full-service, innovative, niche-based media company that specializes in news media, content creation, business management, marketing, and promotions. With a focus on targeted entertainment sectors, we have worked with a diverse range of national and regional clients/partners. We are developing a team to put in place for large scale expansion starting in mid Summer 2024.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Fundraising. The Director of Fundraising will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic fundraising initiatives, cultivating funding streams, and finding ways to monetize work and content as we develop and grow They will also be responsible for communication and relationship management with investors, stakeholders and will need to aggressively exist in the capital raising for our various projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in cultivating and managing business related capital raising efforts quickly
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of philanthropy and fundraising best practices
- Experience securing funding resources and ongoing monetization
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for long-term success
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field but not necessary
- Room for ownership and partnership involvement
