Overview:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and driving sales in our pool store. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for sales.

Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Perform water testing to help customers optimize water chemistry
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store

Requirements:
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Strong sales skills to effectively promote products and upsell
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
