Cambridge Companies, Inc is Hiring a Marketing Coordinator Near Scottsdale, AZ

Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator performs functions to marry the efforts of the Business Development team and the Sales team with the overall goals of the company to increase brand equity and sales. This role is responsible for coordinating marketing efforts such as editorials, advertisements, events, social media management, project photos, RFP responses, SOQ’s and development of marketing collateral and branding items. Along with those responsibilities, this position will be assisting operations in various capacities. This position has the ability to grow into more of a sales role, if the person so desires.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Expanding our brand through online platforms and getting meetings with decision makers similar to our current clients utilizing your experience in market research
  • Manage all advertising contracts, help to develop the advertisement copy and photos
  • Manage the development of editorials for various magazines
  • Collaborate with Business Development to package RFP responses and statement of qualifications for new project bids and new relationships with potential clients
  • Manage all social media postings (FB, LI, IG, Twitter, etc) on a regularly scheduled program
  • Work with the operations team to schedule and take project photos “during construction” and “post construction” for use in various capacities
  • Develop signage and other items for projects
  • Manage PR like newsletters and other emails/announcements we distribute
  • Assist with events as needed including trade shows and industry conferences
  • Assist the VP, Business Administration with booking of travel for staff as needed for various events
  • Manage the development of marketing collateral and branding items
  • Manage the company website and SEO
  • Management of the company marketing and advertising budget
  • Develop creative ideas for improving current marketing collateral and the website to increase response and engagement
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but industry experience and proven track record may substitute
  • 3 years of experience with marketing and advertising, preferably within a service-related business
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe products is preferred or other similar creative software suites that can be used to design and build our own advertisements and other creative items.
  • Some travel will be required as you learn our business and for attendance at industry conferences
  • Experience in maximizing SEO and overall website management
  • Experience in tracking ROI on marketing programs
