General Summary:

The Pricing Specialist’s responsibility is to audit for accuracy and periodically update Crystal Finishing’s multiple pricing models. The role includes monitoring customer pricing parameters and ensuring employees follow the established pricing policies. Works closely with Sales and Engineering to provide support on pricing and price issues. The position also acts as a liaison with corporate financial staff as required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Update Customer Pricing Summaries and price lists annually or as required to capture revisions or price/contract changes.

· Audit new parts after set-up to verify correct product group and pricing, based on either a quote or set/standard pricing. 

· Works to develop, plan and recommend pricing actions that drive On Time, Correct, and Complete (OTCC) throughout the company while maximizing profitability.

· Ensure consistency of sales and production parameters for all customers in line with defined Price Summaries with integration into ERP system.

· Work directly with Finance and Cost Accounting to validate and audit pricing both at the customer and part level.

· Work directly with Engineering Team to assist with the pricing and cost analysis associated with quoting/estimating. 

· Work directly with Customer Relations Manager and Supervisor to research and resolve pricing issues for internal team and external customers.

Desired Minimum Qualifications:

· Associate Degree or above in Accounting or Finance preferred

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment working with customer part engineering, part setup, or creating bill of materials. This individual may also have a background working with Accounting, Finance and/or Customer Account Management.

· Strong analytical skills necessary

· Detail Oriented with strong organizational skills

· Problem Solver

· Microsoft Excel experience
