ABR Employment Services is Hiring a Production Associate Near Schofield, WI
We are looking for Full-Time Production Associates to meet the highest quality expectations of our customers.
Schedule: 6a.m.-4:30p.m. M-TH, OT on Fridays as needed
- 2nd Shift openings as well!
Production Duties
- Meeting required production pace and goals
- Use of table saws, miter saws, shaper, routers, various hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and CNC controlled machinery
- Manufacture, assemble, and construct various components and configurations
- Performs all duties in a manner that promotes team concept and encourages team effort
- Ability to communicate effectively, define problems, collect data and draw valid conclusions with all levels of the organization and team
- Ability to read paperwork, interpret instruction and exercise good judgment
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
- Read a standard tape measure
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds
- Ability to stand/bend-twist/lift/walk for long periods of time
- Work 10 hour shifts minimum
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
