Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various facilities. This is a crucial role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal
- Refill supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue
- Perform floor care duties including buffing, polishing, and maintaining various floor surfaces
- Assist with porter duties as needed
- Follow cleaning schedules and procedures to meet quality standards
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Skills:
- Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment
- Ability to perform floor care tasks including buffing and maintaining floors
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors effectively
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus
