LHH is Hiring a Manufacturing Engineer Near Schaumburg, IL

Key duties include:
- Develop, create and document SOPs for assembly, process and manufacturing of company products
- Work with all manufacturing departments to identify opportunities for improvement, cost reduction and waste elimination
- Work with quality department to ensure that manufacturing processes are ensuring product quality and safety standards
- Utilize LEAN methods
- Work with department leaders to ensure proper communication of manufacturing processes
- Additional duties as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in either Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
- Drafting experience is a plus
- 5 years of hands on applicable experience
- Highly analytical
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
