Position : Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Company : Community Access Services
Location : Scappoose, OR
Schedule : Part-Time, Saturday and Sunday 10a-6p OR 12-8p
Salary : $22-23 per hour

Responsibilities :
- Provide direct care and support in a group living setting, following Individual Support Plans (ISP) to enhance quality of life for individuals with IDD.
- Assist with daily living activities and skill-building exercises, promoting independence and personal development.
- Maintain accurate documentation of activities and observations, ensuring comprehensive care.
- Prioritize safety and well-being while fostering a positive environment for individuals.
Qualifications :
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to perform physical tasks and adapt to changing situations.
- Successful completion of a level II background check.
