Living Hope is Hiring a Site Manager Near Savage, MN

1. Job Summary

The Site Manager plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations. Overseeing all aspects of resident care, staff management, facility maintenance, and regulatory compliance. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and the maintenance of a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff. The Site Manager reports to the Director and collaborates closely with other members of the management team to achieve organizational goals and uphold the mission of the organization. Maintains and leads the new hire on-boarding process. Serves as a primary point of contact for Direct support staff when questions arise. Provides Direct support staff duties, training, and work schedule to assigned consumers. Serves as a coverage worker when needed.

2. Duties and Responsibilities

A. Assist client with accessing services, medical needs, transportation, social, educational, and other resources. Making sure address changes and MA renewal are completed. Assure client has proper needs. For example, food, staff, medicine, depends.

B. Rotating to different sites completing training, managing schedules, reviewing case notes, following up on incident reports, reviewing med management chart, supporting DSP staff, assure home is clean.

C. Manage all consumers appointments, scheduling appointments, assuring transportation to appointments, providing resources to available benefits, arranging medication pick up and med management.

D. Building report with case manager, provider, guardian, direct support staff to assist client with services and needs.

E. Functions as an emergency backup if resident needs to go to the hospital site manager will step in to assist if DSP is unavailable.

F. The Site Manager schedule must be flexible. You may be required to work weekends, after hours and on call. Living hope is a 24 hours provider setting.

G. Completes staff billing time and schedules for DSP staff.

H. Complete onsite training for new staff. Educating staff on client’s environment, support plan, diagnosis, and service needs.

I. Serves as a Coverage work when needed.

J. Complete EVV and ISP date entry every Friday If reqired.

K. Follow up with DSP staff assure job duties are completed.

L. Identify Lead DSP staff when necessary.

M. Complete employee performance evaluation.

5. Supervisory Responsibilities:

Follow up with DSP staff and clients.

6. Job Qualifications

The Site Manager shall meet the minimal qualifications:

A. bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field Psychology, Social Services, human services or social work.

B. 2 years prior management and or experience working in the Human Services field is preferred.

C. Strong problem solving, organizational, and communication skills.

D. Must be detail oriented and proficient with time management.

E. Valid Driver’s License

F. Up to date Auto Insurance

G. Maintain acceptable motor vehicle record.

H. Therap Experience preferred.
