Design/Sales Consultant
Are you a highly motivated individual who works well independently?

We are the largest Budget Blinds franchise in the country with 16 years of experience. We are a family-owned and operated franchise with over 65 employees and four offices.

We provide everything you need to be successful including a wrapped vehicle, computer, phone, sales training, leads, and more. We are continually growing, and we are seeking a high performer to join our expanding team. We have extremely competitive compensation including a base salary, performance-based commissions, dental, health, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and IRA matching.

We are seeking a qualified, window coverings sales consultant for a full-time position.

Benefits Summary:

  • Ability to earn between $45,000 and $75,0000
  • 3 weeks PTO prorated in year 1
  • 7.5 paid holidays
  • IRA with up to a 3% company match
  • Dental, Health, and Vision insurance (some employee cost)
  • Short-term and long-term disability insurance (no cost to the employee)
  • Eligibility for discretionary bonuses

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Sell and explain different product lines of window coverings.
  • Understand and explain window coverings benefits.
  • Accurately measure and explain the mounting of products.
  • Efficiently communicate with customers and follow through with the sales process.
  • Ability to understand and use computer programs for quoting and e-mailing customers.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Interested in design and home decor.
  • A good communicator who can explain the benefits of window coverings.
  • Detail-oriented and who can measure and explain the mounting of products.
  • An independent worker and has the ability to self-schedule and stay on task.
  • Proficient in operating a computer including specialized software, email, and Microsoft products.
  • Someone who is very organized and detailed oriented.
  • A good listener with the ability to ask customers in-depth questions.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
