General Job Description

This position will lead and manage the on-site Construction operations and oversee all subcontractor work. Construction Managers will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. The CM will also liaise with inspection authorities for approvals throughout the construction process. The ideal candidate will help consistently deliver projects on time, on budget, exceed client expectations and take responsibility for assisting and maintaining relationships with subcontractors and clients. Most projects will be located within Brevard County, Florida. A base salary between $70k-80k will be evaluated based on experience. Please submit all resumes to Zashira.R@DiPrima.com.

Duties & Functions

• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.

• Create schedules for subcontractors & project timeline.

• Maintain a daily log for the job site’s operations, reporting to management as necessary.

• Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.

Qualifications & Standards

• Have a valid driver's license & be willing to submit to pre-employment screening.

• Understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols. OSHA certified preferred.

• 5 years’ experience as a Construction Manager within Commercial or Residential field operations.

• Effective written communication and verbal interpersonal skills.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
