ESTP is Hiring a Production Technician Near Sarasota, FL
Job description:
· Production of Radiator/ Heat Exchanger Completes and Core Components
· Testing of Heat Exchangers
· Packaging of Heat Exchangers
· Maintain good Housekeeping and Hygiene Standards
· Promotes the building of quality products by adhering to the quality guidelines
· Promotes a safe work environment by adhering to all safety policies
· Performs other duties as required
Skills and knowledge required:
· Able to take instruction and also work independently when needed
· A Production Technician will have the ability to build all the various types of cores built at the regional facility. That ability will include the following
- Read and understand a work order for a VT, VTH & Flat Fin core
- Measure and cut tubes
- Run all fin machines
- Assemble core on proper table or stacker
- Attach headers
- Dip core in solder pot
- Test core
- Box core
· Ability to use logic and reason in dealing with problems
· Ability to read and understand work orders
· Ability to use and read a tape measure and other measuring tools
· Ability to work on a variety of machines to produce the company’s products
· Ability to use basic hand tools
· Ability to be persistent when accomplishing a task or assignment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
